Did this yesterday, I had the idea for the background for this image and decided to put it down. Wasn't really expecting it to come out somewhat ok, but yeah. This is just a prelim of the actual image. The sketch has all ready been done, just gotta finish this other insane thing i'm messing with.
I know his front legs are HORRIBLY disfigured. Like I said, painted right on the...canvas...thing...so, lol. Its just some quick job horribleness. @_@; Real picture his legs are not messed up. XD

Hehe, thank you! And woo tattoos! XD I've been meaning to try and design one for myself of him (besides the other two I have that are part of my other fancies) but so far I got nothin'. lol Won't be getting a tattoo for a bit anyway BUT it would be nice to get it down or something. ><;

I like the rich red glow. The lines have motion, and a sort of insanity. It is very fitting for the subject matter.
You disfigured the leg in such a way that it would be simple to 'shop right, even if it doesn't really matter here in the end. I'm curious how the whole piece will change in your final version.

Thank you for that, and well the finished version will have linework and a ton more detail...a irl friend of mine though did like this one better then my other one- mostly because he said this one was more like a painting. But yeah, the lined one just has a lot more detail in it...hopefully I can get it to look right so it somewhat looks like this thing here. XD
Thank you and I agree. I really like painting type art, but currently the ones i'd love to do are a little beyond my reach SO i'm stuck with doing a lot of lined stuff until I can finaggle said things to my will. ONE DAY!
