Some of you remember the first house I built (I took the pics down) and railings I fabricated. Well here's another one! Three stories in Arizona. To give you an idea this is the kitchen. Cost of materials and labor, etc is around seven digits for the whole thing. Having a blast. I'm also putting in another solar array for these people (they used to own a pharmaceutical company) to give them a total of 12kw. So I guess add solar to the list of things I did on this job. And gas (propane)

And yes that is a sub zero fridge and it weighs almost 800 lbs. It was fun getting it up all the stairs (this is the second floor)

I also re located the controls for the hood above the stove to a panel next to the stove, I'm proud of myself for it and the owners love it :3
