Pretty sure the reason his head looks big is the angle of his head vs the angle of his shoulders and hips. As far as I can tell, it's actually spot-on, which I must say is impressive.
The only nitpick I can find is the knobbly bit in the center of his right elbow, which looks a little overdramatic. That's the worst I can throw at you. It really does look fantastic in all respects. Anatomy, pose, color, concept, great work all around.
