Here's an old one.

Not based on the seeker/Starscream clone, but rather a character I created myself, who predated that character. Sunstorm is an Autobot long range craft, designed to go faster that light, and to generate his own energon via solar energy. He was sent to find out what happened to the Ark but crashed near Caltech. He was discovered by grad students there who managed to get him working to the point where his self repair systems took over. While there he developed a love of science and a sense of humor. Sunstorm is a brilliant mind, and inventor and a scientist on par with Perceptor, but his pranks tend to annoy the Autobot scentist. I based the concept of of Val Kilmer's character in Real Genius, Sunstorm his self is based of the the Valkyrie V-F11 from Macross Plus.
