I love toned paper, especially the way white pops on it. It's awesome stuff.. XD

i got a bunch of toned paper for class - and only used like 1/3 of it. i dislike pastels with giant passion. much like cats hate water. mreow.

Ahh too bad.. I don't like pastels much myself. But for gouache and color pencils, toned paper is much fun. :) Less of a health hazard too :P

Welp, with the new Orphan Act now offically in place (thanks congress...jerks) it's just plain a good idea because if it's not on there now someone can easily claim it but if it is you're still safe. Even if they remove it you can pull up FA and say "Yeah, well 360 people DID see it with MY NAME on it!' and WIN!

Wait...don't panic. It did pass but it was revised. As long as you can prove beyond a reasonable doubt your contact information was on the piece and the person who takes it is full of shit you're good. Posting on sites like FA and DA are smart! Why? If you read the aggreement they totally have your back. So if someone rips the art off a site like this it's sort of like someone stealing the art you gave your Mother aff her frige. It's an act of war people can't even phathom.

So do NOT panic, ok? All this and more comes from my school lawyer who is paid to have the backs of the students at the Art Institute of CO. If he says not to panic and that a simple email address and signature will do, it will do.
