A telemite based on the song Rotten Town by Ludo. He is a steampunk pirate captain with a scorpion-like tail. He is a new telemite, meaning he is asexual, aromantic, and has no genitals.
In my personal interpretation, he has his screen on his chest and his usb port on his lower back, but you can put those wherever you'd like. Under his cloak his arms are his normal lighter gray color with golden claws, and he has the dark gray from his shoulders to his elbows.
