This review concerns my personnal experience only and does NOT include any art criticize.
Communication: 5/5 - I'd always prefer notes but the contact is perfectly insured by mail.
Delay: 5/5 - About a week to get the picture, very much respectable.
Service: 4/5 - The commission details are way too long and too complicated, you need to spend a lot of time reading everything, plus the whole additionnal fee for complex details seems inapropriate to me, it would be better to raise the base price and remove all of this so the users are no longer surprised by the additionnal cost. The art is worth the price augment, it could be simplified.
Conclusion: Highly professionnal artist, great experience commissionning her so far.
