So close, oh so close… Oh erm… I was talking about the picture. Yeah that's it. That one picture has been Judy's entire motivation for getting all up in Kendra's… face. Thanks to one of Judy's whims, it is the last known copy in existence. The final photographic evidence that Judy wants to be destroyed as much as Kendra wishes it not to be and…… DANGFLABBIT! KISS!!!! I MUST SEE THEM KISS!!!! GAHHHHHH!!!!!!!

On a totally unrelated note: If you could magically do anything (Within a General Audience Rating) What do you think that the Punishment should be for someone who destroys one of your precious keepsakes? This is a question to all fans of SOB. It's been a while, so why not. I'm thinking something involving regression or maybe a loss of something that they love in return. Who knows, you just might get to see those results.

I'm really curious about this photo now.
As for a punishment, I would think a fair punishment would be a loss of a precious memory or something along those lines, or a loss of career. For example, the for the gang at school, might involve being expelled, Judy might have that Photograph publicised which will ruin her career, or Nevan, Kendra or Bill might get fired.
If your looking for something physical, Judy could get fat, which would likely ruin her career, the boys at school could gender bend into women, kicking them out of their home. Little Horn could lose his, "ahem" Horn. Kendra could get stuck endlessly cleaning Nevan's bathroom antics, and I doubt I could think of anything that is worse then permenant regression for Nevan. Wally could lose his legs, and Borris could lose his voice, not that he had much of one in the first place.

Come to think of it, This would be doubly worse if he was also aware because Nevan has a passion for basketball, so if he was now tall enough to be taken seriously on a team, but unable to have the mindset to play his favorite sport. Oh that'd be like a Shakespearean level cruel irony hell for Nevan.
Great suggestions, just need to clarify somethings.
Weasly (not Wally) is the boar (of whom hates his voice), Boris is the duck with the powerful legs. The Frat have already gone through transformations that would likely get them kicked out of their Frat House and even parent's homes (Yes, Kindel's punishment is still coming, along with a fitting backstory.) You could turn Bill (aka Littlehorn) into a slimey female frog for all he cares, just don't take his job away. He loves selling chicken more than anything else in the world!
As for Nevan… how about being aware of what his body is doing, but being completely unable to stop it? Forever traped in both a body and mindset that he can never escape from? Perpectually humiliated as a diaper weting man baby forever and enternity… MuwahaMuwahaha MUWAHAHAHAHAHA!
