Funny thing, they have the letters F, L, E, I, C, and are both fat cats. They also both made the 2 same noises Lucifer made in the first Cinderella movie voiced by June Foray, one yowl noise and a snicker noise. But not all noises for Felicia or Lucifer (from Cinderella 2 and 3), Frank Welker played Lucifer on the last 2 Cinderella movies. Frank also provided the voice of Pom Pom, the female cat Lucifer loved from Cinderella 2. I even saw online Frank Welker also provided the voice of Felicia from The Great Mouse Detective. But some of the noises she made were on the old Disney movie with Hailey Mills, That Darn Cat!

Wait, that noise Felicia made as dogs attacked her was made by Figaro in those old Disney cartoons. Frank Welker seems to not voice Felicia much.
