Ligeia is a hybrid between Fish/Dragon/human.
she looks younger then she actually is, living alone in the sea, travel to beaches, through rivers and lakes. Sometimes curiosity gets too strong and she leaves the water, looking for interesting things. Only 3 days, then she need to go back into water. Any Watersource is potential. With 1,65m she is not the tallest, maybe like a child and often cheeky as one.
There are things she like to do, like scaring Divers, kidding with fishermans or singing to lure boats on sandbars.
