What a funky style here! Evidently toony yet simplistic and expressive. And it looks pretty fun, too! That's the magic of chibi! lol Sweet pose here as Leo runs about taking in the first snowfall of the season. Great job with leg placement as he runs forward while extending his hand-paws out to feel the snowflakes. Thick yet smooth lineart all over and with no colour fill; very interesting! Intriguing how his ears are done in this style, and even his hairdo's got a wicked look to it while still maintaining its anime appeal! Wardrobe's excellent (right down to his kneedpads, too), and the markings are perfect! Silly expression Leo's got sticking out his tongue to catch the snowflakes, but that just adds to the fun theme. Speaking of which, nice job implimenting a simple soft blue background to sell the whole winter theme.
