a kinda halfway stage of an animated icon commission.

For these little things I start with EZtoon, just because I love the ultra ultra simple interface. I start by drawing one frame for each main pose.. I guess these would be like really rough keyframes, or really more like storyboard. Then I fill in by inserting keyframes for the gestures/actions that happen between those, and then i just keep dividing the whole thing up until it's smooth enough for my liking, and the timing is right for the movements.

There's really no hard line where I go from storyboarding to keyframing to tweening with these simple little things. I basically start with like 5 frames and then get right to tweening, in a sense.

this is currently 39 frames, and will probably be about 70 when finished. This one will be flat colored, unlike my personal animated icon (which I'm not currently using), and will hopefully fit in the FA file size limitations without having to rescale it!
