This is a bit of random concept art I was working on.
The idea is very random, inspired by some amazing art done by Zummeng (her gallery does have NSFW content, so fair warning).
For now, I’m referring to him as a ‘Celestial Dragon or Dragonborn’. Might be something I can play around with later.
