So this is something from way back in July that I never got around to posting due to a few health issues. Here we have our usual green fluffbutt, presumably on the terraformed surface of Mars, offering himself as a parade / advertisement balloon with his Chameleon Skin augmentation allowing him to change his fur color into advertisements on his belly as fireworks go off below him. Judging by the fact he's covering the entire city he might have gone a tad overboard...But who's fault was it for supplying him with so much helium anyway? Knowing that level of incompetence the tank is probably still attached to his tail and still hissing away. It'll run out....eventually.
