Brief summary of bio:
Born in 1963 as the first of his experimental type, Colin was a revolutionary design. He was the world's first jet propelled seaplane, or "flying boat", and was to be used a nuclear bomber in the Cold War. The purpose of his design was that he did not require an airfield to land and take off from, but could land and take off from the ocean. However with the setbacks of his type's development and testing, the B-52 had proven itself over the P6M, and as a result, the government funded the B-52 project. Martin scrapped the P6Ms, all of them except Colin. He is the last of his kind, and lives in the Bremerton area of the Puget Sound, near Seattle, in Washington state.
