Of course you could probably guess what film this guy is based off of.
I've not seen the new IT film yet, but gonna wait til it comes out on DVD. But I remember the old film vaguely. XD
I think everyone has made a clown wolf/lion/creature by now.
If you know me, I LOVE CLOWNS, but i'm not one of the ones that sexualize Pennywise, I love creepy clowns, I love the whole horror genre revolving around the fear of clowns. Little fact : We have twisted clowns in my family. ;) Well, sword swallowers, fire eaters/breathers, jugglers, you name it, we've probably done it.

Personality : Penny has a gruff voice, much like the original Pennywise, he's a deadbeat clown who refused to give up his job. Making people scared of him seemed to be more of an entertaining premise rather than 'making people happy'. He'll happily torment people/furs/animals until they snap into uncontrollable laughter out of fear, insanity or even force them to laugh - or he'd snap your neck.
Backstory : He used to work in a circus until he lost it at someone in the crowd, ending up killing them during a show. During that event, something snapped inside him. He found out that blood was more fun than money could ever entertain. So, he went on the run, becoming a local nuisance and soon things twisted in his head.
