"Small people:" Give them a little bit of power, and they'll abuse the hell out of it and increase said power to the point of ruling an area. With Cesar, Kraso can easily kill him like how Marcus Junius Brutus (I think that's the whole name) and other senators backstabbed Cesar both physically and figuratively. Kraso should be able to kill Cesar if he wants to, but escaping will definitely be difficult if the surprise is soldiers.
