We are all the same heaven and hell, there are just many different layers. Our soul moves through these frequencies.
How we create heaven and hell with our karma: In our journey through the universe which our mind creates, we incarnate in hell and in heaven. They're places in our consciousness. Hell is hate, fear, shame, blame. Heaven is peace, freedom, lightheartedness, unconditional love. How these places in our consciousness look like depends on our karma. We attract the frequency based on karma which is created in our families. When we don't resolve the karma of our families, we get stuck in it and our soul doesn't grow further. When we believe in and create positive karma, we follow the will of god or our higher self. This will lead us closer to god and to heaven. When believing and creatig negative karma, we follow ego or our false self and this will lead us to hell. Others are just reflections of our karma in the universe which our mind creates. We have a karma with every being we encounter in the universe, otherwise we wouldn't encounter them.
But we can only see how karma works when we don't shut our sensitivity off. Our darkness itself isn't bad, it's good to be able to feel our darkness as well, because when we don't feel it, it will still be there in our subconscious. It's only bad when when we reject and deny the darkness as a part of ourselves, because then we are ignorant to ourselves and this ignorance would make us get stuck in our karma and our soul doesn't grow further. When we don't face the darkness within ourselves, we would just project our internal darkness into the external world, so we would be stuck in creating negative karma.
I incarnated into hell because of some negative karma in my family, which I have been able to resolve because of my sensitivity and now I am moving toward heaven. This means I create good karma for myself when I am honest about myself and what I express into the universe from now on. Also, our judgements (negative karma) we have in our mind create a limited reality and the more we let go of our judgements (positive karma), the more our reality expands. It's all inside and very individual for everyone, but those who grow in the same frequency of our soul will intuitively move closer to us and those who grow in a different frequency of our soul will intuitively move away from us, but they're just like peripheral fellow travellers in the evolving universe of our soul.
