Older siblings have an almost magical aura at the eyes of younger ones, especially when they leave home to get a job or go to college and visit ocasionally.
In this case, the older sister of this young roo girl is even cooler because she works as a bush pilot (after all she's a flyer). It's a summer afternoon, it's warm, and her older sister explains her how planes fly with a model of her Cessna, the gift she brought her in one of her many trips to that big city so many miles away. And she keeps her ear perked 'cause there's so many things to learn and boast in front of her school mates.
'Cause, when you're a kid, there is nothing as cool as an awesome older sibling.

Is it just me, or are these marsupial siblings 'pouchless'? I've gotten used seeing other artists' rendering of male kangaroos (or 'boomers') WITH pouches (which, of course, is 'politically incorrect'), but only someone like YOU would leave out the essential part of the flyer's anatomy! Why? Is it because they're at a swimming pool, and you're worried that if this duo enters it together, their pouches will fill up with water - making it harder for them to get out? I think an explanation is in order...
Yeah, the navel is also 'PI' for kangaroos, but since a number of artists include one on some of their marsupial characters, I'm not going to nitpick about it. After all, these ARE anthropomorphic characters, so you (as well as the rest of the artists) have the right to add any noticeable features on your 'roos (unlike their RL counterparts). Sorry to stir up this brouhaha, ME.
