This is another PKMN I made just a few minutes ago. I'm hoping the quality will be better on this one. I changed the file type to PNG so maybe that will work. Any way. Tell me what you think. I still need more advice on how to improve.

PKMN belongs to either GameFreak or Nintendo or both, I get confused on that issue.
I got the sprites from pokemonelite2000 and made it in MS Paint.
