Did this a month or two ago, but didn't have a chance to take a picture yet. Sorry for all the reflections, it was already in its frame when I finally took the picture. This is a Glen of Imaal terrier, which is now officially a rare breed since there's not enough breeders and a quarter of the population carries a gene which causes... well, something, which makes them unsuitable for breeding. But they're the cutest dogs ever.

He's/she's such a cutie! Looks a little bit confused also. ^^ You did the fur greatly, there's all those waves and curves in the right places - and what amount of hair! And the eyes make the dog live! You really captured this lovely pet's soul on the paper. ;) Great work! Did you use coloured pencils or pastels?
It's a bitch, so she ;( I used pastels. I love using pastels on coloured paper, I rarely ever use coloured pencil. The owner was really happy with the portrait. All the hair wasn't that much work, actually. I'm now working on a portrait of two labradors and they're much more work because their fur is smooth and shiny.
