There wasn't one but I was hoping I would receive it before AC 2018. I did but there's a high possibility I would not have received it in time due to the lack of contact I had throughout this.


Did you tell the maker about any issues you had?
I told him I had bad anxiety, which I do so its really hard for me to speak up

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
the head does stay on but it is bulky and hard to move in so I cant emote as much as I want to. Its not too loose but it is loose enough I can slip it off without too much effort. The ventilation is good but its best in cold whether, because even though the ventilation is good, it gets very stuffy with min room temperature and it feels like air only comes through the mouth and eyes.

Vision is good enough to where I could text out of it but the eyes rubbed on my forehead and I was scared the paint would come off at a certain portion. I do have a decent sized blind spot so I will have to be careful and yes, I do have to turn my head to see something good but I do that naturally.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
I do love how she looks for a starter head and thats the reason I will still use her but the symmetry could use some work. The markings were slightly different than what I expected but it does follow the same concept art. The shaving is even enough to miss unless they get up close, then it is visible and I can see some threads that have popped with short amount of time of usage.it does have a smooth transition but this maker needs more experience and practice. The fur was not airbrushed though it has this lower quality texture that if brushed even as delicate as I am I still pull off chunks of the fur itself.

However, there is also drawbacks that needs to be known. The appearance is good for a starter head, and it is good on the first day, but it doesn't do good if you have better heads that are above 250. The eyes are follow me and do create that effect but it is not as flat so its not as easy to see that effect. I will tell you that the fur was not entirely sewn together or if it was the thread came right through as on the second day of usage the ears started to come off and looked like it was done last second so I tried to sew it but it kept popping right through the fabric so I am afraid to use it heavily.

The suit could have matched the concept art a little better but I understand the difficulty of the design.

Do you markings match up at the seams? Are the colors consistent?
The colors do match up with the other parts I commissioned from others and are consistent but the quality of the fur could have been better.

How satisfied are you with how easy it was to initially contact the maker for a quote?
The quote was a breeze and it was almost instant I had gotten info on the commission so I went through with it.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take them to respond?
It was going well at first but after a few weeks in any updates came scarce and it got to the point where I almost had to do a chargeback in fear that they had run off with the money and product.


How satisfied are you with how the deadline was met for completion of your project?
Were any deadlines missed or was it done early?
It was early but I still felt that I had to say something a few times so I would get updates on my head.


How satisfied are you with the overall quality of your project?
The quality could have been better for 250 because I have seen better quality for the price other makers were asking.


How satisfied are you with the overall customer service and professionalism of the maker?
The customer service needs work and keeping up to date will do wonders for work. He stayed professional about a personal matter that came up so they do stay professional when it comes down to their heads. However, I still have not received a badge that was supposed to have come with my head as a gift.


Describe your experience. What were the pros and cons of working with this maker? And any final comments?
I am okay on the head, it fit the general concept art and does good if you're planning to get a starter and work your way into a better suit. The ventilation and vision is also good for someone to start out.

Though, the head could have been more symmetrical and it could have been done a little better if the better materials were used. I also had to pull a yellow pin out of the muzzle after looking at it a little better. The customer service could be better, and will need work so those with the same condition as I will not get as worried as I got. I still am awaiting the badge that should have been mailed out a couple of weeks back.
