Havent played 2 yet. But i do remember getting kinda uncomfortable with the build and bridge parts purely due to civi casualties. Even in a game about lighting up nazis it still gut checks youbwhen you think on it. Reminds me of spec ops the line.

I never said nazis were good. Where I live under soviet rule it was petty bad much worse than in this game under the nazis but do you know what would be even worse? A 3rd world war. Which the "heroes" of this game trying to start. Against the nazis whose got nukes now... Yeah it could not end bad.

not all of them. from what i gather in the wolfenstein universe, when judaism split into sects they did the thing that christianity did with the freemasons. make a secret society that worships engineering and architecture. anyone from any sect can join. means you can avoid being killed for "following the wrong path of the right god"

To be fair. The nazis appropriated the basis for their tech from ancient vaults of Jewish origin, then pass off their 'marvels' as "superior Aryan race intelligence and genetics" all the while sending jews, gays, the disabled and whoever else they didn't like off to labour camps.
And while you do play in part of a resistance/terrorist cell that's fine with civilian casualties, i don't know what else i can say to add to this.

tbh it felt like a grindhouse fever dream. also in a game where they try to portray the enemy as "the most evil thing in existence" the fact i wanted nothing more than to kill grace walker kinda shows how awful your allies are :/
