This was meant to be something random and fun: the idea is that after the events of a story I wrote called "Unleashed", Phineas and the other of Tero’s "experiments" would be rescued.
This was kind of a random idea of what Phineas may look like when he’s given the time and resources to replace the gear he lost to Tero when he was captured.
