I'm so flipping excited to have it done so well. And we all know that certain armor he's wearing, me being a Shinobi I wanted a ninja look to it. So here's a bit of story background.

Every city has their own police force, each one as dedicated to upholding the law. Recently the city's been having trouble with a criminal organization of ninja. As well trained as the force is they are no match for fully trained ninja. Lt. Towa Vasher was a well known cop, until he chose to leave the force and re-join his clan and dedicate himself to his art. At the request of his old captain, Towa returned to train an elite group of officers who would become the departments own ninja Sect.
