Okay, I’m taking a shortcut here, so let me explain, this story was thought up as an explanation of this picture.

I can’t quite be bothered to describe both the characters in the detail they deserve as this was supposed to be a quick story :)

In brief though, we have two characters:

Farrel: A fox-tiger cross who (for reasons I won’t bother you with here) has had several lifetimes worth of experience in adventuring and now lives in semi retirement, lending help to adventurers and those in need.

Softy: A Wolf-bat imp who is having trouble learning the fine control needed of her wings in order to fly.
