Saved by the Star before his initial disappearance and the Battle of the Bureau in California. Was one of the many people online hailing him a hero after the incident despite the equal amount of outcries labelling him a villain.
Inspired by the heroic actions that led to saving her life, Celene joined CTI to help people through technology.
Began looking into the Star's disappearance after the deployment of Alkahest, quietly disbelieving the Bureau's story.

I checked the readings for California like you asked, the energy readings seem to match up.
I'm sorry Celene. There is only so much I can provide you about what's going on but I think everyone is having a bit of an internal panic. After whatever happened in Southern California everything went into red alert. I can't say for sure but I've heard that even the alarms at Cheyenne went off, apparently they believed that entire cities had been wiped out or something.
Could you imagine that? What happened with the Star, it could have triggered a world war! So whatever the Bureau was talking about at their press conference... I don't believe it either.
Especially with the government suddenly deploying robots and a new heroine, like, who is she? Aside from a bunch of history and wikipedia entries the term Alkahest doesn't come up anywhere. So have they just been hiding her from the world this whole time?
Look. The files are attatched for the satelite scans the day of the false detonation, but be as quiet as you can. Whatever happened, the international community and the bureau are keen to lie about it.
Don't get caught in the middle of all this if you decide to keep digging.
