they changed it so it goes as follows:
level 20 = land mount
level 40 = epic land mount
level 60 = flying mount (along with a speed increase for it 150% from 60%)
level 70 = still epic flying mount (but now your Thrallmar, Warsong Offensive, Honor Hold, or Valiance Expedition rep counts to the price of training and getting it)
