Yeah i got scammed out of $450 as a deposit for a rental home. Story goes i gontact a guy about a rental house showes me a listing i was very interested even got to go see the inside (tenit living there let me see it it WAS going to be up for rent) but soon as i sent the deposit his "wife" got "hit by a car" and needed the first months rent to "save her life". Something wasnt right so i went back to talk to the person living in the house and found out it wasnt the home owner.

so yeah im out $450
life sucks
