I'm getting real sick and tired of all these thoughts. I know their not real, but doesn't mean they don't feel real.

He doesn't love you.
Your fat.
Your not worth anything.
You'll always be kept in the dark.
Why would he be attracted to someone like you.

It's always just me. I'm the only one who feels like this, it's all in my head.

And it makes me so mad, when I want to have fun and be happy, but it's me who ruins it all. Because it's all in my head.

Why would anyone want to really be with me, I'm not pretty, I'm not worth it. But don't worry, it's all in my head.

It all bothers me so much, but you know what, why would it matter anything when it's all in my head, huh?

Atleast I know there is one thing out there that can get me out of this endless circle. At least I don't have to keep that in my head anymore.

Temptation is a bitch, isn't it?
Atleast that isn't in my head. Not anymore.
