This is the goose my in-laws had for Christmas dinner last year, though I myself didn't have any. I would have liked to have gotten the photo before the carving, but they didn't carve it at the table. I'm not sure if that's so if it would fit in the oven, or because it cooks better that way. Oh well, perhaps next time.
