I am very excited to introduce you all to Rafael, the Dragon of the Lands! He is one of the Water-Sageon Gods that is worshiped by the Water-Sageons. He created the lands that the Water-Sageon's walked upon. Rafael also goes by the name, Holy Dragon as it is said that during times of torment, he'll come down and purify the lands and protect his people from harm.
