The safest place to be when Jinx is looking to have some fun is two countries away. And if she's *really* in the mood for fun, even that might not be safe enough.
Story? Well, can't say there's really much of a story as far as Jinx is concerned. I mean, Jinx just kinda does what she wants to, and she is a total disrespecter of persons. She was walking along the road and she happened to see a prince passing by on his way somewhere. Well, Jinx is never one to pass up an opportunity for mischief and, well, the classics are always fun. So, one quick zap later and that poor prince (she never bothered to learn his name) went hopping off into the undergrowth in a blind panic. After he managed to get a hold of himself, he recognized the classic frog tf curse - who wouldn't? - and set about making plans to find a fair maiden to kiss him and change him back.
What he didn't know was that Jinx put a twist on it. A kiss doesn't break the curse, it just causes it to transfer to the person who kisses him. Whoever ends up being the one to set him free will take his place.

And meanwhile, Jinx when on with her business without a care in the world.
