God. 90's comics. So goddamn ridiculous in their design. Remember back before Rob Leifeld was a jo- no, wait, sorry, Rob Leifeld was always a joke, it's just that less people realized it back then.

I don't know what the hell I was thinking when I drew this. It started out vaguely serious when I drew the robot arm first, then... it kinda went all to hell and I thought "let's go nuts". Mind you, I probably could have ridiculous'ed up the gun a bit more... but I think the chainsaw-tipped rocket kinda makes up for that.

No, I didn't bother to draw his back half. I grew bored of this and moved on, heh.
