hmm, nah sorry. Nothing personal, but I did something similar for another person some time ago; it was awkward, to say the least. The fact that it's a traced version of my gift to him doesn't make it better. I'm sure he'd appreciate it, but if he blocked you he must have had his reasons to do so and you should leave it at that.
