Tooie: This is our newest comic book project. It is done in the style of 1920's silent animations. (i.e. Oswald the Lucky Rabbit or Felix the Cat)
We did a lot of research and hard work to bring this style to the present. I have always been a fan of this sort of animation and making this comic was a bit of a personal endeavor. I really wanted to work on it. We will be uploading them to the site as we finish them so please visit as often as you can and leave comments here. Thanks!
Koie: I have been a fan of the old cartoons on that era as well. The real challenge of this project was simplifying the art style on a constant level. While some may think that doing that would be limiting their creativity; it isn't. In fact, "limiting your pallet", can enhance your abilities as an artist. A painter may choose to only use one color on a painting just to see how well they can utilize their skills to bring the picture to life with only that one color. -.- Oh crap, I was rambling. Please enjoy the comic and please send us some feedback on our progress throughout. :)
