Guiding Spirit
I recently saw Disney and Pixar's new hit film Coco. It was an exceptionally beautiful and enchanting parable of the importance of family. The ever so colorful alebrijes, especially Imelda's pet Pepita, reminded me of Luchesi. I felt inspired to make a Photoshop composite featuring her.
Here she is, flying through the Land of the Dead, heeding the call of duty and guiding the recently departed to their afterlife.
