well the fact that you didnt use a ruler really stands out in the pic. the dimensions on the gear and wrench on the table are a bit lazy and don't look solid. the syringe parts don't line up and look a bit broken. the facial structure could also use a few teaks. its well done, but more effort would probably make a bigger impact on the eyes of potential commenters
