It gets really hard to read the text lower down. After 'Surge Protection' the color blends too much into the background.

It was supposed to fade out as the points become more sinister toward the end, until it's just "you cannot run" across the bottom.

Ok. I can see it, now. Have to tilt my monitor to get the contrast right. XD

Extremely cool! I like the overboard police look, with the eagle and blue/white armor. Maybe most of all I like the legs though, slightly bird-like!

I'm curious now, what are her relations with the other characters?

She's the one whose onboard targeting AI became Ultra, and character-wise I imagine her as a dark parallel to Ultra; harsher, willing to go further and to even more amoral lengths to get the job done. Ironically less 'human' despite being the (partly) organic one of the two.

So Ultra was like Iron Man's suit AI at the beginning? By the way, I don't remember if you told us how happened that Ultra got her freedom...

WhileI love her design, I can not help but wonder what she would look like in civilian "mode" even The Major from Ghost in the shell had her "police" uniform and her casual clothing. That is, to assume she even has a civilian mode, or any real personality of her own outside of the programming that could be going on in the background of her augmented state. A false sense of self as a big brother watches and subtle pokes her into doing things that she wouldnt normally do till it all becomes normal. By that point... would she even realize the manipulation and this leads to the next question, could she even free herself at that point?

Sorry, I got carried away there. I love thoughts on the self vs cybernetic augmentation. At what point does a living being stop being a living being when every bit of its self is now metal, plastic, and code? What is true when memories can altered and manipulated? You can guess my 2 favorite cyberpunk series by now <.<

I have to agree. Always a good idea to picture a character 'not' being in your fiction - sleeping, existing, ect. Helps flesh them out.
As much as I think the look is just what it needs to be, it makes me ask questions - mostly because I want to know more.

Well, I do have three characters who in multiple ways revolve around these idea. Though, the one who is most appropriate ismy full synthetic Rat codenamed R0D3NT. Till I get a proper ref sheet of her I will not disclose her real name. Though, I agree, pondering these things helps as the further down the rabbit hole you go, the more questions seem to pop up, thus fueling the disire to ponder more.

Ah, I thought these were robots when you drew the original pic! Well, the more you can tie your universe to RoboCop, the more I'm invested.

Every time I see one of your designs I'm inspired to start poking through all those Macross, Patlabor and Evangelion model kit parts in my scrap box and see if I could build a facsimile. I like the looks of this character.
