paypal is witholding funds on (SOME) digital transactions

the ones i've seen have paypal asking for visual proof of goods/services

this may put you in a pickle, as paypal is against porn and against furaffinity/furry art. one of my friends had to use a lender's fruit paintings as proof. it worked for a day and then they were slammed with more withdrawal of funds. so im not really sure it can be fixed

Well I cussed them out and let them know if this isn't fixed immediately, they're losing my business, because that is for DAMN certain, TRUE.

PP won't help you. They will send you a spokes person. Who will only talk it out with you. With excuses. Leaving you with no answers. I no longer use the PP CS line at all. It seems that PP is Anti Furry. As they appear to be against Furry art. As well as FA, and other sites like FA. They will keep ruining you. Till you lose. And you cannot sue them. Because in their new policy. It is legal for them to do this to you. So it is best to close your acct, and leave now. Find another online wallet. I really hope you can get out of this mess safely. It is sad that people out there despise/hate us Furrys.

It does not surprise me that PP is Anti Furry. I am assuming that. This new policy of theirs. Was put in place. To run us out of PP. Looks like those times. Where it is Furrys vs Company are back. A shame too. But let them. PP will lose a lot of business. I heard from friends. That a game. Known as Second Life. Banned Furries from all its lands. in the past. They lost a lot of money, and where losing so much. That they had to let them back in again. In order to start making money again. However. I do not think that. This will effect PP. In the same way. There's no one asking for refunds. There was already an issue with "unauthorized transactions" (the previously mentioned $15) but this is new, this $41.40 is a whole different thing with nothing attached to it

they all have been taking commissions here for years and using the same accounts

im not sure why they specifically were targeted, as i do my commissions the same way. but they were, and it is a huge mess

PP is anti furry. They do not like Furry Art. OR sites like FA, and others out there. They will purposely target furries using PP. In a attempt to stomp them out. You cannot really resist. Nor sue them. Because it is legal for them to do this to you. Thanks to the policy. Best to close the acct. And leave.

I believe the recommendation now is to send invoices with just the caption digital art, nothing relating to fury art etc, nothing that can be flagged as nsfw or adult. And then mark the invoice as processed once the art is complete. Lemme see if I can go find the informative journal about it I saw.
