This year at  canfurence, the guest of honour was  anyare. She was doing badges at the con (and had already done badges in this style for pretty much all of the staff) so I couldn't resist.

Messing around with GIMP to make transparent the parts of the scanner that were behind the badge gives me more respect for people who actually do serious artwork that way. I need more practice.
