So a client paid me for 3 chibis at $5 apiece, total $15. Paypal withheld these payments as "unauthorized" and refunded the client, and is charging me a "chargeback settlement". I have contacted the client multiple times, she believes it may be her bank making these claims and is going to talk to them today, and I am going to call payment and cuss them out and try and get this fixed because this is so many levels of bullshit, especially since it's happening to other users as well.
