30 years is a long time for anyone to work at the same company, let alone a job like Zed's. But with tenacity, wit, and general indestructible-ness, she's managed to become a major player at Baeth Industries, turning her 6-man Survey Team into a 200-strong Expeditionary Force, becoming a member of the Board of Directors, even getting her doctorate in Geology and Multidimensional Anthropology. She's also the mother of two (and possibly the father of many more, though no one has come up to lay claim.)

If Zed's species is as long-lived as predicted when we first met her, she'll likely be an unstoppable force at Baeth Industries for decades to come!
