I'm gonna be quite surprised if this isn't related to the next page of the "A Story With A Known End" comic. Because this is the kind of thing I'm half expecting to come from a 300+ y/o vampire who hasn't known any kind of love for the past 200 years and suddenly has a near infinite source of it at her disposal and feels as though they owe her something.

BTW, I fucking LOVE the story so far! very well drawn, coupled with similarly perfect writing.
