uh, no, not really, it's a water dragon with a spinal fin, and that's kinda it. color, pattern, use of ears, and lack of arm fins are completely different.

The resemblance is uncanny. There are many people making this observation. It's theft, and what's worse, a reathe rpoor imitation.

I belive he added and subtracted just enough to make it his own character.

Similar, a little, but not a copy. Though I will agree the head fin is almost exactly the same, the color pattern is less smooth and the maw is a little short. Also the feet are a little awkward and puffy, and his hands don't have the webbing.

Sure the body shape is a bit similar but who doesn't draw a slimmed and nice looking figure while working some simple anatomy?

You're not the only dragon in the sea, Cent. I think you can let him slide a little on this one, sure warn him now, but wait to really pin him on it if he does it again. Especially if he doesn't try to refine it a little farther from your dragon's style.

And that's why I was watched right after he uploaded this image, right? It was based off me you noob, and credit is deserved. Keep trolling me so I can get Pinkuh to ban you.

You can't copyright a style, you can't copyright a design, and this dragon is much diffrent then you then you are willing to see

If it was a direct trace from something, or is he was uploading a direct copy of centerfuge himself I could take action, but as of right now this image is not breaking any rules.

Хмм, давай ка мы проясним эту ситуацию, ок? Так вот - ты действительно использовал персонажа Centrifuge или нет?
Не думай что от того что ты скажешь правду или ложь что-то изменится - мне, честно говоря, всё равно :) Но вот Сentrifuge может тут раздуть ещё большую мыльную оперу, а мне хотелось бы этого не допустить.
На всякий случай, если ты чуствуешь себя не совсем спокойно по этому поводу - не волнуйся, такое случается здесь довольно часто. Некоторые просто очень чуствительны в этом плане. Чрезмерно чуствительны, по моему.

А я от буржуев примерно этого, впрочем, и ожидал :)
Ну конечно исполльзовал. Только взял от него одну вещь. ВИД. А остальное изменил. В конце-концов это не Centrifuge, а какой-то дядя с другого конца земного шара, просто у них вид оказался одинаковый. Ну и внешне немного похожи :) А ведь верно подметили "You cant copyright desigh" :)
Честно говоря, мне тут с задних рядов говорят, что это почти тоже самое, что и пиратская контрафактная продукция Sony-Fony - понимаешь? ;) . А наказать за это, кстати, нельзя, права же ничьи не нарушены. Во владивостоке этого добра навалом, а также сопки, китайцы вместе с корейцами, постоянно взрывающиеся боеприпасы (на которые уже никто не обращает внимания), чайки на крышах домов - что говорится все стереотипы incudes :)

P.S. - Да и кстати, я вроде как извинился, думаю этого centrifuge хватило.

You've just said that he added and subtracted from the original design, which means it's a copy. Not 100%, but not enough has changed to warrant it being an original character design.

There's a BIG difference between being inspired by something and copying something. Inspiration never copies.

You say this as if Cent's design was original to begin with. One could just as easily accuse Cent of copying a Dark Natasha dragon and "anthro-izing" it.
Spotty's design isn't anywhere near enough of a copy to warrant such trolling!

I see far too many similarities to remain ignorant. Further evidence includes Spotty "watching" Cent shortly after uploading this image.

I think if yu're going to do something this blatant, you should give credit to the original piece. Say "This character is inspired by . . . ." But even then it might not make things right.

Many years ago a car was never in existence, do car manufacturers have to put credit on every vehicle since creation they make "the car was originally made by"... do people really care hat much or do they care the current car in question is well made?

I think people need to learn to let go of trival matters, whatever happened to drawing art. Now it's about let's troll people because "I can't let go of the idea of 'species' even though I do not actually want to learn copyright law, I just want it to apply to me cuz my feelings/ego was hurt - In fact Copyright should only apply when someone hurts me, nevermind fanart or whatever rights I may trample upon because it's all about me me me..."
