Another new prop! This is a rather simple dagger complete with a hilt and a Damascus steel blade and other bits. The model itself took about four hours to make and map out for textures. The blasted textures took another four but alas the end product looks rather spiffy }:8>

Would a Creative Commons - http://creativecommons.org/ - license be more appropriate? GPL is more for software licensing than anything else.
Hey Sslaxx.
Thanks for the info! I've been looking for a better way of letting folks use some of the models I create.
I've been looking at the GPL Art license but it leave much to be desired.
I like the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike Version 2.5 License, and will probably be giving out most of my props under it from now on.

Hey Rimpala *chuckles*
Thanks! The model itself is rather simplistic (In rendering terms it is a low polly model meaning it has very few faces) the hard part for me was developing the 'Damascus' textures in gimp.
You are correct BTW, their arn't many folks that know what Damascus steel is or looks like. Most have heard of the term though. }:8>
