This is a whalewolf. Long before ceteceans ever resided in the oceans, they were once a prehistoric wolf looking creature. I suppose this was taken advantage of when they made one of those super cheap sci fi movies. The thing is fucking whale sized XD eating people and running around being a whalewolf. I just couldn't.
