Finally finished this AFTER I abandoned my old account, lmao

Here she is! She's as yet unnamed but she's based off a Peruvian pelican.

This is a strictly CLOSED species, thanks all the same. :) You can PM me about it but it'd be on a commission basis.

Now, details!:

The tongue's central barb is loaded with a paralytic neurotoxin, most effective on fish, then lizards and birds, with mammals last and invertebrates unaffected.
The glowing blue tendrils on the wrists and the centre of the tongue sense bio-electrical signals in the water and in waterlogged sand, allowing them to effectively hunt while wading or swimming.
Their throats expand similarly to a pelican's.
The spikes along their back are bony nubs, similar to some prehistoric creatures.
The whiskers on the eyebrow are actually quite sensitive to vibrations in the air, and even moreso in the water, allowing them to snatch things from the air or land but much more efficiently hunt underwater.
The spots along the side.... look cool.
