The heavily outdated Superior 1 was a starship designed by Steeltech a long time ago in a galaxy far far away after they raided a old Imperial Driveyard and gained access to the Imperial class Star Destroyer designs. Through modifications and modernization, they built the first dedicated Alliance Capital Ship made solely by the Alliance, the Superior-class Star Destroyer. It served through every war the Alliance has been involved in since and has been modified constantly. Now that the Alliance has the Superior 3, they don't see much use for the Superior 1 or even the 2. The Alliance still use them, deploying a few in universes that are far from the frontline of combat and see little to no military action. They are used as a handmedown Battleship and a basic line of defence. Despite it being insanely rare tho, it is allowed for civilaian use however the prices go through the roof. They are often(if its not a Alliance held one) Used by Private Military Companies or Mercenary groups as their flagships, it is quite popular with them. It is equipped with 33 Heavy quadbarrel capital turbolasers, 130 antifighter turrets and 18 energy missile launchers. It has 3 large Ion engines and 2 shield generators in a similar way to the Imperial-class because it was literally made as a stepping stone and upgrade from the Imperial. It is 1.8 kilometers in length and has a fighter bay of 180 along with a crew of at most 20000.
