Here's my official Summer 2009 pic! Kinda makes up for the fact that I didn't do one last year, and that it's mostly been raining here so I wanted to do something more summery, lol.
This is actually one of two (at present) pics of Fran. I'm saving the other for now since I have plans for both of them. I may post some of the sketches I've done of her in this swisuit though, since I'm having fun with it. I may also do more summer pics if I can find the time.
So, about the pic. I'm really pleased with how this one came out. The lighting's pretty good, the perspective looks alright, and I like that shimmer effect of the water's surface. Painting underwater stuff is actually pretty fun :)

Does anyone, human or anthro, really wear earrings while swimming?
And I don't know why, but all of a sudden the theme from Jaws is running through my head... ^^;
I wonder which is worse, your rain or our scorching heat. What would be worse than either, though, would be both: rain *and* scorching heat! :faint:
It's good that she's wearing a nice, sensible one-piece bathing suit. I mean, what could possibly go wrong with that? (...why is the Jaws music starting up in my head again? O__o;; )

Oh I'll be hard pressed to find reason for something happening to that one-piece, but knowing Fran she'll manage to find some way to get herself into another situation :)
As for the earrings; I could make up all manner of reasons why she'd be wearing them underwater, but I guess it really just comes down to the fact that you don't often see them so I wanted them in there. Doesn't really make sense for her to have them on, lol
